These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and purchases from InstantInks Services. By placing an order or requesting a paid service, you agree to the terms that apply to that transaction.

Products and information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, specifications and availability accurate. Manufacturer specifications, packaging and availability may change. Where a material error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm a correction, replacement option or refund.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout or on the invoice. Payment must be made through the payment methods made available for the transaction. We may use third-party payment processors to handle payment credentials and settlement.

Orders and fulfilment

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean an order has been accepted for fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, the order appears fraudulent, or fulfilment would violate law or supplier restrictions. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Services

Post-purchase services are provided based on the scope agreed with the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining appropriate backups of important data before device-related assistance where relevant.

Intellectual property

Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not transfer any ownership rights.

Limitation and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability for a claim relating to a specific transaction will be assessed according to the facts, the applicable product or service terms and applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction. The registered business office is in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
